To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17 Clifton st , Lytham, FY8 5EP, United Kingdom. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

International Shipping                                                                                          Brexit update: Southern Ireland: Our postage used to be £15.00 but has now changed to £10.00 incase of Irish VAT charges. With us lowering our delivery charges this means you will not be paying more money on any good you order. Please do check your local laws before ordering. 

Please note International customers are responsible for any import duties and custom fee charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If you are shipping an item over £30 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
