Please take note of Royal Mail strikes. We will try to eunsure we pack / post orders as soon as possible. We will try to eunsure we use tracked 24 if this is an option. However be mindful delays may still occur. 

We shall also try to accomdate by using another delivery courier if needs be. 

Message from Royal Mail: Tracked 24 items will be treated as a priority for delivery on days when strike action is taking place. However, significantly reduced resources mean there will be a delay to some Tracked 24 items.

Pre order dispatch date expected 7-14 days from order date. Please note this is subject to change. Pre order delivery dates are an estimate only and may arrive before or after the timeframe on the website. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £30 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International customers are responsible for any import duties and custom fee charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Brexit update: Southern Ireland: Our postage used to be £15.00 but has now changed to £10.00 incase of Irish VAT charges. With us lowering our delivery charges this means you will not be paying more money on any good you order. Please do check your local laws before ordering. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17 Clifton street , Lytham, Lancashire, FY8 5EP, United Kingdom. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product purchased, you can return within the ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days for a refund. You may decide whether to return an item to us for a refund or exchange but your return must be post-marked (in the mail) within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the tags attached and no make up or lipstick marks.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In store we only offer credit notes or exchanges, we do not give refunds. If your item is not suitable please return to the store within 14 days of purchasing. If you are out of the 14 days return policy unfortunately we can not grant the exchange or credit note.

Regarding Local pickups from online orders you have 14 days from when the pickup notification is sent to return your order. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Personalised orders unfortunately can not be refunded as these are made to order. 

All of our products are quailty checked by our packing and shipping team to avoid faulty items being sent. On a rare occasion that this does happen please return your item to Guilty Couture, 17 Clifton Street, Lytham, Lancashire, FY8 5EP, United Kingdom

We reccomend sending your faulty item back using a standard delivery service as we only cover the standard delivery charge. 

We please also ask you to send an email to guiltycouturex@gmail.com identifying that the item you have received is faulty. 

Credit notes given for in store sales are valid for 3 months from the issue date. New stock arrives in store each week.
