If you are not entirely satisfied with the product purchased, you can return within the ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days for a refund. You may decide whether to return an item to us for a refund or exchange but your return must be post-marked (in the mail) within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the tags attached and no make up or lipstick marks.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Returns in store: In store we only offer credit notes or exchanges, we do not give refunds. If your item is not suitable please return to the store within 14 days of purchasing. Credit notes given for in store sales are valid for 3 months from the date given. If you are out of the 14 days return policy unfortunately we can not grant the exchange or credit note. Regarding Local pickups from online orders you have 14 days from when the  pickup notification is sent to return your order. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Personalised or made items (if applicable) Personalised orders unfortunately can not be refunded as these are made to order. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17 Clifton st , Lytham, FY8 5EP, United Kingdom. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note International customers are responsible for any import duties and custom fee charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If you are shipping an item over £30 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
